Pursuing BSc in Electrical Engineering at Zurich University of Applied Sciences, GPA 5.96/6.0, industry R&D experience in electronics, not much experience in computational field. Conditional admission requiring me to finish my BSc with GPA >5.0/6.0. Additional requirements amounting to 43 ECTS (Software Engineering, Introduction to Mathematical Optimization, Numerical Methods for CSE, Numerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations, Statistical Physics und Computer Simulation, High-Performance Computing Lab for CSE).

Swiss UAS, 5.4/6 GPA, 1 Publication at IEEE conference, 1 Year at PSI/CERN for thesis. 2 great LoRs from there. Took all the PDE and Numerical Methods courses I could get my hands on.

From PoliBA, not much research experience, no internships, some participation in informatics olympiads. Really surprised of the result, maybe the GRE made the difference.

GPA 29.65/30 from Università di Padova, little to no research experience (no publications), good personal projects and strong references. I had an interview in the last week of February; I think it may have been for the ESOP — but I'm not sure — for which I'm still waiting as the portal says "requested"

Has anyone heard from this program? I interviewed the first week of February, and called last week to see if they've released decisions already. They said they had not yet.
