Ignore. people are getting rejections from Rutgers but there has been no update on my application status. Should I be expecting a rejection then or ? Is there a hidden waitlist?

I got an email from the director of the program telling me I was denied which was really nice. I appreciated it a lot.

Ignore. Did anyone get an offer letter or wait-listed mail?

GPA is grad, no GRE. I just rejected my funded offer, so hopefully someone on the waitlist gets good news soon.

Didn't receive any email. On Portal status went from Application Submitted to Decesion Made directly.

No mail, just checked portal. My application went from Application Submitted directly to Decision Made.

no email, checked portal

Received an email notifying me to check the portal. No official letter or financial aid yet.

I'm the person below, just want to give some further info in case anyone needs in the future. 4 days after the acceptance, an email was sent with scholarship offer enclosed.

Checked portal as well

No email. Checked portal. Shortest rejection message ever "Your application has been reviewed, and the committee has denied admission."

I am wait-listed at Rutgers for hep-th/hep-ex. I sincerely request you to decline the offer at Rutgers if you are not going to attend. This is my only hope as I have no other offers. It would mean a lot to me. This is my second year applying and I really need to get in this year.

Doctor of Health Informatics (DHI) program.

TA fund 30k/yr

Such shitty system. They didn't even notify. Randomly got an update on the portal. So unprofessional. Disappointing system. Applicants deserve to be treated like proper human beings.

Got accepted without funding. I had no interviews. Likely to decline this offer as I have been accepted to another university.

Just declined my fully funded offer at Rutgers, hope this helps someone! #PLEASE DECLINE YOUR OFFERS ASAP IF YOU DECIDED NOT TO ATTEND

MS in CS: Scientific Computing. Email contained the acceptance itself. I'm international, 3-year Stats degree from Australia, 1+ year work exp in data science, 1 paper, some decent projects, 1 LoR from research supervisor, 1 from prof, 1 from manager (wouldn't say my LoRs are strong but they're decent). Didn't get the 10k scholarship but will try to apply for TA/RA positions, Rutgers is very affordable compared to other programs. To those applying to CS programs without a CS background and a 3-year bachelor, have faith, someone will see your potential!
