Got into my dream school! Received an email from the CEE admissions officer saying I was recommended for admission and should be getting an official letter within two weeks (Env concentration)

"I am truly sorry to inform you that we are not offering you admission to the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The number of applicants to the graduate program far exceeds the number that can be accommodated and therefore only a small fraction of applicants can be accepted. We appreciate your interest in our department and hope that you are able to pursue your graduate studies elsewhere."

Got an email to check the portal. Geo track. 1 first and corresponding author in Computers and geotechnics. 5 int conf articles. 5 years research. 10 years work. 3 Very strong recoms. Toefl 89. Waiting for other schools decision. Good luck to everyone who got acceptance of Purdue.

Did anyone email the graduate committee regarding when the decisions would be emailed?

Unofficial offer via email. The official offer will be out in 2 weeks. originally applied to PhD, admitted to MS program with no funding.
