okay...

disappointed about the result. Michigan State provides a perfect match with my bg but still rejected me.

Received this email: “Your application has received a favorable review from the School of Social Work Committee. However, because of the tiered review process, this recommendation must be confirmed by the College of Social Science. Then, we must await the final review, official decision, and notification to you from Graduate Admissions. You will receive an email from them once this has been completed. We look forward to formally welcoming you to the Spartan family soon.” Most likely will be accepting their offer. I applied for their Advanced Standing program which begins in Summer 2026.

ignore the status, I applied to the joint program of sociology and public policy, haven’t heard anything yet. I know sociology program already sent out offers and rejections, joint program of public policy and political science also sent out offers. Should I email them?

My first acceptance omg!!!!

Recieved an email with notice of reccomendation of admission. Asks for official transcript to be sent to them. No merit funding considerations yet, still being made. Offer to accept or decline by April 15.

Behavior, Education, and Communication specialization. Waiting to hear back about funding!
