How does UCSD's rolling basis admission works? Many candidates who applied on the last date for submitting application were given an accept in the first wave and many of those who applied earlier are getting admits in the later rounds? Anyone has any visibility on that?

sad

For those who received e-mails with regards to their acceptance, any change in your portal??? or have you received the official admission letter? Aren't they a bit late?

Attached a letter to their email. said it's a very short waitlist

Was not accepted to the PhD program that I had applied for but offered opportunity to be accepted as a masters student

Do anyone know what is going on? I heard rumors about they are not hiring candidates for fall 2020 on this track. SUPER confused.

Anyone heard back from ec93 ML and DS track ?

(0/7) It appears that Economics is not interested in Machine Learning. I hope they're enjoying their NSYNC; it's the only bright-side I can think of to being stuck in 1999.

Email to check website. Kind of expected this... so not too sad about this one!

To fellows who got the acceptance on 18th March or before, may I ask whether yall received the email at 00:00 (pacific time)? Thanks

Emailed to check the portal... Rejected :(
