No surprise here

Rejected after 10 first-author publications, best paper award, research awards and grants, a TOEFL score of 114/120, GRE 800 on Quantitative, 10 areas of research, industrial experience ... Never apply to M.I.T. again, tell your friends not to ... its not worth the money :-)

so relieved to get my expected reject...the endless-seeming waiting has finally ended...

They suck mehn.. its all good tho.

The the poster worried about not hearing back yet; the official date to hear is not until tomorrow, Feb. 17. Look in your online application.
