I had an interview on September 6th and they gave me a robust offer as GRA

Informed by email that I have been recommended to the UW graduate school. Direct acceptance from BSc to Ph.D. ( no interview) Have 3 years of research experience and some 2 years of professional exp. 1 journal paper and 1 conference. strong LORs from professors that I work in a lab. accepted Ph.D. students that are in need of a friend email me @ [email protected]

Got an e-mail from Graduate Program Coordinator, with an offer letter. The portal is yet to be updated. Received RAship ($2284/month) with a full tuition fee waiver. Would work in air quality research.

One international conference presentation. Two journal papers were submitted to top journals, one of which is conditionally accepted.

8/10, Asian, Decent research (2) and industry experience (2), 1 conf in press, 2 journal drafts ready (mentioned in lors). Could have been rejected for low GPA or No GRE. Other good/great profiles (>2 yrs work-ex, and GPA) have also been rejected and a common aspect is the lack of GRE.

Received decision via email, but no actual offer letter (as of right now at least). Thanks UWash but I received offers at better schools already, will be giving my spot to waitlist folks. Good luck to everyone!
