Please. If you were accepted but do not plan to attend, please inform them as soon as possible. If you were also waitlisted and will be unlikely to attend, please notify them so that they can remove you from the waitlist. Your prompt response will help the school make the necessary arrangements for other applicants. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Cryosphere track, got a personal email then portal update notifying me that I made it off the waitlist. Miracle!

Archaeology Subfield - I applied to the Masters Program originally in December and was waitlisted on Feb 6th. The faculty I connected with was looking for a PhD student so I was offered a spot in the PhD program.

I received an email to check the portal. I knew it was a rejection since I had not heard from them yet. I already accepted my number 2 school anticipating a rejection. After my visit with that school I knew it was the best decision for me and was planning on turning Boulder down if they accepted me anyway. Good luck to everyone else and remember there is always next year. :) GPA is from my Masters. 3R/1A/1W

GRE not submitted, 4 published papers (all pre-prints), 1 year of research experience, 2 years of TA experience, 6 months of industry experience, completed undergrad in December, 2023. 2 very strong LORs from research supervisors and 1 very strong LOR from 400-level project faculty.

Damn!!!! Dec 1st deadline, only just get told I'm on the waitlist... so more waiting haha. 3a/1w/1r.

I waited 3 months for a copy and paste rejection… if you're thinking of applying here you might want to think of another university that is more responsive and is willing to give better feedback.

3 and a half months to hear form them. Why is this school so slow. Even previous years people were saying the same thing. The application was due December 1st! It's March 18th!

Thank you for your cooperation.
