I didnt expect this as before my arrival of TOEFL, they said there is great chance and ask me whether or not to apply for teaching assistant or some other scholarship program, but after the arrival of my score, they said I am not accepted, and that's it. probably my GPA is too low...but my GPA for my first MA degree is 3.8 Waiting for their reply on the reason why I am rejected. | ||||

Received an email that basically says that I'm accepted IF: - I'm okay with receiving no funding - I switch to a new advisor who has projects "in mind for me" that are in a different area than I'd like to study Even if an official acceptance does come, I doubt I can afford to move from the east coast of the USA to Hawaii with NOTHING supporting me financially. $1200/credit PLUS living expenses on no income? | ||||
