Had an interview on 1/22, very friendly conversation and gave me a really good feeling about myself, then the interviewer told me the decision will be out next week.

I got an email about an interview in Dec. 24, interviewed Jan 6 and heard back today. Four+ years of research experience in multiple labs. While applying had one paper (2nd author submitted) and multiple regional, national, and international poster presentations. Best of luck to everyone!
