I was the poster with acceptance in the Phd program. Forgot to emntion the offer is fully funded. Now it goes to grad school for approval which I guess is just paperwork.

Financial Aid to be notified

notified through e-mail. 1st acceptance. Happy! :-)

It was my safety school, but still, it is really exciting!

Email from DGS stating that I was recommended for admission and an assitanship.

with full funding for four years plus a generous stipend! yay!!

"Because different departments and graduate schools look for different kinds of preparation in an applicant's background, another graduate school may very well view your application favorably." Would have been nice to know a month ago...George Mason here I come!

After numerous email inquiries they politely rejected me; came on too strong, I imagine ;)

I received an email that says I am on a short list of applicants for whom they are trying to get funding and that they would contact me immediately if they do manage to put together a package for me.

Has anyone on the wait list for this program heard anything yet? Has anyone who has been accepted declined yet?

Did anyone else get three rejection letters from Bowling Green State University (and I don't mean for three different years)? An e-mail from the department; an e-mail from the dean and now a hard copy from the dean. I guess they wanted to make sure I got the point.

They said they want to admit me but they are waiting to see if they can put together a financial package first. ugh, and this was my safety school.

Still awaiting a funded offer. One wait list; one no word on funding. Five to go.

Shoot me now.
