I applied in January with a 3.73 GPA and no GRE scores. I submit a supplemental writing sample instead as well as the optional personal statement and the mandatory statement of purpose. Before I applied, I had 2 meetings with the Assistant Director of Admissions for SSP which helped me strengthen my application. I also had 3 very strong letters of recommendation from my undergrad PoliSci faculty. I am also multilingual and a dual citizen, which I'm guessing helped my application.
