Email still left the door open for them giving an admission offer "At this time, we do not anticipate extending further offers of admission to the CS PhD graduate program for Fall 2021. If for any reason that changes, we will contact you".

Rejected from UT, UW, and CMU but accepted into Stanford! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I think with this admissions cycle due to all the applicants there will be a lot more variance in where we get accepted or rejected to.

TTPB who mentioned an email from the department: I received the same email. I am not sure if it means rejected or waitlisted.

applied for ml theory. 2 first author papers in optimization/ml, 9/10 gpa, no gre. disappointed
