Did anyone get acceptance into HCI field?

ML track. Had an interview in late Jan. Received an email to check portal. No words on POI and funding yet.

Had been in contact with a Prof. but never had much hope.

Undergrad. in Math and CS, Grad. in CS, and 2 internships. Had been in contact with a Prof. who had similar research interests.

TTPB: Oxford - VGG interviewee, did you apply to the November deadline? I want to see if no interview at this point means rejection.

Had great interview with 2 POI's. Have a master's and several pubs. No word on funding yet.

Hi! Are there any updates from the CS department? I saw last week there was one acceptance and now all the silence? This is worrying...

TTPB: Which Track? Guys, tracks please! USC posters please mention the track!!!!!!!!!!!

MS in Top 50 univ (Area PL), 1 first author paper, 1 second author paper. 1 year experience in the industry. undergrad gpa 3.6, ms gpa 4. A strong LOR from my academic advisor, 2 ok LOR. Expected rejection but still disappointed.

TTPB who applied at the end of Nov and got through, could you share a little about your research background/publications if you don't mind?

Applied at the end of November -- not sure who is my supervisor, got an acceptance letter -- no interview

TTPB : Which track bro? Guys, mention track for CS at USC.

First reject. Am I the only one with a reject this fast?

Got an email from the department that I was recommended for admissions to the graduate school with funding from TAship with a stipend, full tuition, and medical insurance.

Got n email from the department saying I was recommended for admissions by the admissions committee.

TTPBs : Congratulations to the two USC admits. Did you apply before December 15th or before January 15th ?
