I reached out to the grad admissions committee since I had not heard anything. They informed me I was on the waitlist, and they may even offer admission past the April 15 deadline. FYI I am applying to study exgal astronomy.

has anyone heard back form any of the 3 universities listed above? Stony Brook, Souther California or TAMU. Have they finished rolling out all the offers?

Ignore waitlist. Does anyone know when the results start rolling out? Its probably been about 2 months since I submitted the application and I dont see any results here for UK universities. To your knowledge, have people been called on for interviews, or have acceptances or rejections been announced?

Same "Over 900 apps" generic rejection email. Getting into any Hep-th program has been so tough this year (or probably it's the same every year). 2 years of research exp, one pub in CMT/Mathematical Physics. Want to work in QG but the universe isn't allowing me to! Might switch

HEP Ph. 2 Years Research Experience in HEP Ph in 3 different projects including thesis. 1a/2r/13p. Had to ask Graduate Admissions Coordinator for status update. I thought I had a good chance as there are four members in the HEP Ph group but I guess they got better candidates and the competition is very tough. I emailed all four members but no one responded before or after submitting the application.

CFP/hep-th. Had a brief interview with a potential PI at CFP and was very positive in taking me. He informed that he will interview me again after submitting the application, but never heard back. Sent several emails regarding this, never replied back. May be my theoretical background never suits CFP. So I quite expected this rejection

Did anyone hear back after the open house? They had said that they would send out the results this week.

Did Georgia Tech release all it's results ? I got waitlisted and this is one of my top priority schools. It would be great if everyone could make their decision about going to Georgia Tech soon. Thank you
