To the person below, I had an interview back in December and haven't heard back yet. I think it's normal :) If you look at when the results came out last year it was mostly in February!

Does anyone hear from ISU? I got an interview on 1/16, but no news till now. Anxious

interviewed with POI. I was supposed to chat with the graduate director another day, but he informed me of admission directly through email. waiting for the official admission letter.

No word on funding. The letter states that I should contact the faculty to find RA and the opportunities are not guaranteed TOEFL 107, undergrad GPA: 3.74/4, Master's GPA: 3.46/4, four SCI publications (one JCR Q1, and 3 JCR Q2), 1 International conference paper. grand prize winner of one competition held by AISC and ACSA.

International student from non-prestigious uni in Asia. Did not contact POI, no pubs, one poster. Interview with grad student is okay, guess that my English is not bad.

Did they give you any reason why they rejected your application after tentative acceptance?
