Kinda sad, I at least expected an interview.

Email sent their is a status update in the portal: Thank you for your interest in continuing your education at William Paterson University of New Jersey. The Admissions Committee has reviewed your application and supporting credentials for admission to our PsyD - Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology program for the Fall 2026 semester. After careful consideration, I am sorry to inform you that a favorable decision has not been reached. Please understand that this is in no way a judgment of you as a student or as a person. Admission to the graduate program is rigorous, and we are unable to accommodate all who wish to continue their education here. Thank you again for your interest in William Paterson University and wish you well in your future academic endeavors. Sincerely,

Did a prelim last week. Received a formal interview offer from the DCT today. PI: AM

Email to interview in February

Please request to be taken off the waitlist if you have decided not to attend George Fox. George Fox is my last opportunity to be accepted to a Clinical Psychology program this cycle.

Canadian. Met with PI for a casual interview in October and felt super confident. No email but portal says unsuccessful.

I regret to inform you that we will not be reviewing applications to this program for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Received email notifying that they won’t be reviewing/accepting any applicants this cycle, and application fee will be refunded.
