Got accepted today with a TA position, very excited!!

First time they contacted me. Off of the waitlist presumably.

TTPB: I am in the same boat. I saw an official waitlist notification sent out and people have reported acceptances in the Stats forum. I think sending an email would be appropriate. I unfortunately expect rejections to come in. Sure hope I am wrong.

To the query on Statistics. I have also been waiting long with no updates from their side. The status is "Under department review". I have also tried emailing the department as well as the admissions office, but I got no reply.

Has anyone hear from ISU? The status in the system is always 'Under review by graduate department'. Should I send an email to ask?

Got into Wisconsin and Penn State, waiting on 3 others!

Damn, This is my first rejection. I got into Johns Hopkins for bio-statistics and Columbia so I am happy. Still surprised to get a rejection though.

Have gotten rejected by multiple schools with far lower rankings comparing to ISU...... Didn't even expect a WL, I've already prepared for a solid rejection.
