Got into the interview but still got rejected. Congrats to people who got in

I have nothing to say. Major GPA: 4/4, Overal GPA:3.93/4, ranked 1st in Class, three strong recommendations from best professors, 3 published papers ( two of them were Q1), but got rejected; I dunno what they were looking for

Accepted my admission to OSU. No notice of funding. I think a lot of other people have commented this.

Hi guys, got an email from PI last week on my acceptance. When is it likely to get an official email from the department.

Guys, I received an email from PI granting me admission last Thursday. However, I am yet to get an official email from the department. How long does it take for official notification of admission to land. Thank you as you respond to my question.

Emailed the grad department on updates and immediately was notified of a status update on their gradapps page with admitted status

Talked about joining tamu but unsure of funding. Also have not heard back since. Sounds like there's some budget cuts and the professors are trying to secure funding? praying i get in!

I was interviewed by a potential PI in December but I haven't heard back from him. My application status still reads complete online. My guess is that he has totally forgotten and I have emailed countless times without responses, what can i do? If you applied to Food science in this school can you share your experience with me please.

Interview invitation in January, interviewed with 5 faculty in mid-Feb. Received positive feedback from one of them and was accepted on March 15th.

I expected the rejection though seeing that someone got an interview in January here and i didn't get any or hear anything after the application. Congratulations to all who get in and best wishes to everyone rejected.
