Decent gpa from top public school. 2 yrs of research at 3 different labs, strong letters, 1 manuscript in revision

Good GPA, 4 years of research, top 10 school, no GRE. Took a year off after undergrad

No GRE, no pubs, 3.5 years research experience

3 years of undergrad research experiences, 1 year after graduation, and roughly 1 year in BioTech/ BioPharm industry. 1 Publication. 3 strong LORs. I had a Skype interview at the end of January. The date of my admission letter is Feb 4, but I received this letter on Feb 18.

Contacted by a professor that I had communication with. Waiting for the official notification. No pub, 4-year double degrees from China and The Netherlands. Excited.

Emailed by a professor three days after submitting application!

Shocked at how fast this came. Email from POI. No publications, 2 REUs, a few presentations at national conferences, good GPA, ehh GRE, and no prior contact to POIs.

I called them and she said You will hear from our department by end on today

In case people haven't heard back from them... I called the chem grad division to check the status of my application and gave them my last name. They told me that they would send me an email by the end of the day but 15 mins after calling them I got my rejection email lol. Not upset at all and have already accepted one of my top choice schools... I just wish that they would email all their rejections out if it was that simple.
