Has anybody heard from BU Fiction yet?

To the commenter below, I emailed the department on Friday and was told that decisions should be finalized by the end of this week at the latest.

What's up with Houston? They seem to be two weeks behind their response times from last year.

In response to the person waiting for GMU, I am too waiting for its decision. I emailed them but received no response.

In response to the question... I haven't heard anything and the application status doesn't give any information. It's making me nervous.

Was convinced I didn't get in, but got the call today! No word on funding. 1a/0w/3r/1pending

I had a feeling this would be a rejection, although I'm not upset. I didn't want to go to grad school at my undergrad institution anyway lol 2a/2w/3r; 2 pending

Unofficial email. The decision had been pretty obvious from the earlier acceptances and rejections. I think they'd have been more courteous to send rejections closer to the acceptances. This was my last choice, so no hard feelings. And that's a wrap for me! 4a/0w/3r PS - they did include a nice note which says they waive next years application fee for anyone reapplying

Email indicated a "very short waitlist." Fingers crossed!

Has anyone heard from the West Virginia University fiction program?

I was waitlisted at UNCW and I haven't heard back from GMU yet. I've seen a couple posts from people saying they got in over a month ago, but has anyone else just not heard from them?

Has anyone heard anything for the fiction MFA?

Called the department, was told that there's a formal letter on the way, but that it was a rejection. I can finally accept an offer elsewhere now, so I'm pretty happy to get it out of the way... 3a/0w/8r

I looked on the "Check your status" portal and under "Decision" it says I have been waitlisted. No email or other form of contact from the university. That was the last school I was waiting to hear back from. 4 A / 2 W / 6 R.

Found my application status as 'Reviewed' on their website, just that. Anyone else got any answers from WVU Fiction? Please inform.

Accepted off of waitlist. Really love this program so I'm thrilled!
