"On behalf of the Department of Social Work, it is our pleasure to notify you that you have been placed on a Waitlist to join the 2025 two-year cohort for the Master of Social Work (MSW) Program at California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB). "

Got an email letting me know to check my portal and I was accepted with a 35k scholarship (over two years). Super excited to attend!

Email to check portal. No interview. Funding offer sent 2 days later

Two MA degrees. Completed both of them with a 4.0 GPA. A couple of first author papers in peer-reviewed journals, one of them in a Q1 journal. However, they correspond to a different area of study. Several years of research experience.

Received an email and was instructed to check the portal the next day.

Accepted, no info about funding yet.

2nd year applying, still pretty sad I wasn’t admitted. Undergrad in psych @ Cal with 2 years experience working in education and public health.

Got 55% tuition reduction. Have a previous masters in an unrelated field (computer science) but tried to link it to the research I want to do

Received an email that i'll get the formal acceptance in a few weeks time

u really got me. sad
