I regret to inform you that your application for admission to the graduate program in the Department of Aerospace Engineering has been denied. This denial of admission was not necessarily due to any lack of qualifications on your part. Unfortunately, in trying to allocate limited departmental openings, we are forced to make many difficult choices.

Got recommended for acceptance for the PhD program, but still have to find a supervisor to get admitted -D

Recommended for admission but need to find an advisor first. -S

*IGNORE STATUS*. Has anyone heard anything from UTIAS? Does anyone know if they conduct interviews or not? Feeling anxious.

Interviewed with the potential advisor on Feb 06. He told me he'll follow up with me later when decisions are taken but no news. The coordinator also said, "Please wait". Has anyone heard from this program? When do they normally send the decisions?

Hi ignore status, has anyone heard from the Space Engineering Masters program???

1 accepted publication, 1 submitted, and research interests match well with advisor. Interviewed around Jan end.

No interview. Does anyone know if UIUC held/will hold any in-person visit days recently?

Email to check portal.

Got mail to check portal.

No email; just checked the portal and saw the generic rejection. UG GPA 3.78, Master's GPA 4.0, external fellowship funding. No publications except one in progress. Good luck to all the other applicants!
