Anyone heard about any movement on the Tennessee waitlist?

I had asked about the fiction decisions below and ended up calling my admissions representative to see what was up. For anyone wondering about fiction, she said that the department had not yet released their decisions.

2a/1w/1r This was in response to my email sent Saturday morning. I still never received a boilerplate email rejection like some others have. Never had anything in my spam folder. Anyway, I knew BU was a long shot and am glad to be able to accept an offer now!

Just got Columbia's packet today. Maybe if they spent less money on "Strathmore 25% Cotton" letterhead, they could afford to fund a few writers. Will be attending a different program, so expect some movement on the waitlist.

No word yet on how long the wait list is or what my spot is on it. They received more than 500 fiction applications for 10 spots.

Have any other poetry applicants received their rejections yet? Are they going to send them at all? Obviously, I've seen the writing on the door by now but I hate to be left hanging. Should I just call...? Also waiting for a rejection from BGSU 0a/0w/3r/2waiting

Received an email at 9:30 this morning that a decision had been made and a link directed me to the portal. Crazy how long it took, but this season is finally done for me. As someone who's still finishing undergrad, I'm kind of proud of myself. 2a/2w/5r

To the post below: I was waitlisted for fiction a few weeks ago for fiction. All initial officers have been sent out.

To the poster below me, I e-mailed the coordinator of Riverside almost two weeks ago and got my rejection e-mail, he claimed e-mail would be sent out "soon" but I still haven't received official notification.

Has anyone heard anything about fiction?

Expected. Me dunz: 2a/0w/10r. Tbh, I made errors on 10 out of the 12 manuscripts that I sent in (not that I didn't read then reread the stories--because I did, so many times--but you know how those tricky extra words sneak in....). Take a guess which programs accepted me. I don't know if this means I would have a better shot next year if I made 100% sure my manuscripts were error-free, but for all others out there who maybe made mistakes on their apps, know it's not just you. It's me too (sobs 4 days).

Has anyone applied to or heard back from City College? I have been calling them regarding status updates and they keep pushing it back and saying they are still reading applications, and I'm getting anxious.

Catherine Con sent a very personable email; it was really nice. This was expected, but surprisingly not upset by it.

If you are still waiting to hear from Boston, look in your spam folder. Apparently others have been marking their rejection emails as spam.

"Dear writer, Our application system takes a while to send out individual notices, and many of you have called or written to find out your status, so I am writing with an update. I'm sorry to tell you that you have not been accepted to the MFA program at BU this year." :'( Expected but still disappointing.
