hi! I was wondering if anyone knows the status of MUSC`s accreditation? I am highly considering this program but I do not know how the lack of their accreditation will affect the first cohort? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Has anyone been rejected yet for Summer 2021? I wonder if they only release acceptances or waitlists the first round and the second round is mainly rejections.

Accepted conditionally as they have not yet received accreditation. Will not be accepting as I have gotten into other schools higher on my list.

Oh well! It's nice not to be denied outright. I will very likely be going elsewhere, so I will take my name off the list soon.

To the UCF poster below, I'm also waiting to see if I got off the waitlist for summer! I haven't heard anything since the initial decision email.

At least they notified me on the earlier side. Always better to know! Congrats to everyone who got in:)

I applied for the Summer 2021 traditional track and haven't heard back yet. I emailed and they informed me that second round of decisions will be released early March. Is anyone having the same issue?

Interviewed here a couple of weeks ago and have not gotten a decision yet but set up the portal. Does anyone know when we should get decisions?

Received my acceptance today to the Meridian campus! To the poster below, I also was told I have to take quite a few courses this summer even though my undergrad degree is in CSD. Kind of frustrating they're being finicky about pre-reqs, I haven't had a problem with any of the other schools I've been accepted to.

Relevant and unique work and volunteer/observation experiences, strong essay and LORs. 3.89 GPA (4.0 CSD) and GRE 157 V, 150 Q, 5.0 W

Native Spanish speaker, first Latina SLP-to-be in the state of Iowa, and was heavily involved in numerous organizations. I had to make up for my GPA somehow! Very ecstatic :)
