International student with Canadian Honours degree in psychology. 4.1 final year GPA (3.7 overall), 5 years of education-related experience. Not too disappointed as I was expecting this. Will try again next year!

Has anyone been accepted off the waitlist for Toronto as of yet?

Not sure how long I'll be on the list for, or if I'll be accepted or not. Thoughts?

got an email from the professor I've been emailing, saying that they do not have any other postions left, applying for MAsc. Still waiting for an official rejection from the admission office, do you guys think it is too late to contact another professor?

They told me that the offers would continue till April when I asked in the first week of April. I already accepted one other offer. I don't have much hope as the professor I wanted to work with, didn't reply when I emailed recently. Most possibly, they are occupied with the admission and made a rejection list (and I am in it), but they will send one batch email to all the rejected people at once. They are just waiting for that auspicious moment.

I was told that the results are due by the end of May. I was also asked to consider other offers and not to let Toronto's process affect them.

Does anyone know about the Phd admission of computer science at UToronto? I was told the result would be available at the end of March, but it's already late April and nothing comes.

Should I still have hope??? got wait listed and also asked to seriously consider any other offer I get.

Just got accepted! I was scared since my GPA was not very high, for anyone out there in the same situation as me, don't lose hope, if you are really passionate about something it will come to you! :) best of luck to everybody

I got the invite yesterday. I had asked them to expedite the process as I had other deadlines. They said they were accommodating deadlines wherever necessary. I am from India. 4yrs work ex. Strong LORs, Average acad/GRE. I was in touch with the program since last year. I am not sure how many slots they have, but they are giving 4 weeks time for acceptance to everyone so there still might be scope. All the best!
