890 PGRE (79th percentile). Graduated with Masters from an ivy. 3 years of research. National award and university awards. 1 second-author pub, 1 manuscript, many conferences.

ignore waitlist. now, this is very weird. I've seen rejections and offers, and I emailed the admission for a decision, but there was no response. my application is still shown as "in review". does this mean I am waitlisted?
