I also feel that we deserve a refund not only because of the delayed result but also because COVID-19 was something we all did not anticipate. If the classes are moved online, then there is absolutely no reason to pay a ridiculous amount of money for tuition. Even if they do accept me, I would not be willing to push through with the enrollment because I was hoping for an in-person class. I'm sure there are other people who would feel the same way... | ||||

The court case won't hold because they have not mentioned a definite deadline for the decisions. You might have to wait until the beginning of the semester since you had applied for Fall 2020. Worst case they will send us the decisions for what we had paid. But no one will return the money! :D :D | ||||

Does anyone know if the university you have applied for has to respond to your application? I have already decided on my university but I am thinking about going to court for a refund since I did not receive a response even though I paid for it, just to maybe annoy some guys in CU. If successful, many of you guys may get your money back. | ||||
