Offered an Achievement Scholarship. From a satellite campus of a midwest R1 school. Did not take the GRE. 1 year of TA experience, 2 years of research experience, 2 pubs (one being an IEEE publication).

TTPB: I have also applied for the MS program in CS. No decision yet. I contacted the CS grad office. They replied with the following: "Thank you for applying to our graduate program. You can check the status of your application materials on the online application. If your application checklist is complete, but you have not been notified of an admissions decision yet, your application is awaiting a decision. Although we have started sending out decisions, we have not finished and will most likely not finish until sometime in May." Not sure how many positive decisions are pending.

TTPB: I wouldn't read too much into application status changes. I'm an accepted student this cycle, and didn't really log in to check what it may have been after I finished submitting my materials. There's no harm in reaching out to someone in admissions if you want to know more information about the status of your application, as long as you're polite about it (I think). Good luck!
