Too many additional pre-reqs for this program.

I have a MSEd, MSW and MA (3.5 GPA). I was told that I have an outstanding body of work but that it's not the right fit. :P It's ok, they don't offer funding, anyway.

Emailed to check website. Incredibly amused and surprised at the animated confetti, haha! Yaaay!

I wasn't surprised. It's a competitive program and I'm not exactly ivy league material.

Oh my GOD! the announcement is on 25 Feb US time and I got it on 26 Indonesian time. My number 1 school! Its amazing! Now looking for funding.

To those applied for Phd in economics and education at teachers college, Columbia, is there any one hearing from teachers college about the admission for econ and education yet? thanks

Got accepted into their master's program instead. I already have a better offer so farewell TC

I have been out of undergrad for 10 years, 3 years working in the field. Average undergrad grads, high verbal and writing gre, low math gee, great letters of rec and job experience. So excited!

Average undergrad, average GRE, exceptional work experience. Pumped to start!

So thrilled!

Worked extremely hard as an undergrad (attended a non-selective state school). Very happy the hard work has paid off and that I have the opportunity to study at one of the best schools in the world! Classes are at TC, but also at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Columbia Medical School.

Was notified today that I'm on the wait list. Anyone know what the chances are of getting into the program this late?

Anyone on the waitlist heard from them after the interview in early May? it seems that my waitlist decision link is no longer in TC apply yourself, but no email no letter no call received.
