To person below... in past years the number of waitlisted applicants from NYU accepted has often been 0.

Anyone thinking of declining their NYU offer? How many waitlisted were eventually admitted in previous years?

To all those that have applied to the NYU program, I just called and they said that they are still not done with their acceptances, aka we still have hope! 3a/0w/6r/4p

The interview process went great! They offered weekday and weekend appointments. I arrived early and did not have to wait long. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I can confirm that every rejection letter from NYU includes a plug for their bioethics MA. I can't speak to the quality of that program, but I definitely wouldn't take the mention of the program to suggest that one is unusually qualified for the bioethics program or anything like that, they're really just trying to sell it to people who might be interested.
