Had one Skype interview mid-Jan

To the poster below enquiring about Harvard interview: Mine was a 20 min Skype interview on 31st Jan with 6 faculty members from the Department. They told me they will be sending out decisions around mid Feb.

Email response from RM saying that there was a drastic cut in grad student spots this year for the psychology department, and that he is not taking a graduate student this cycle!

To poster below: POI told me adcom is getting together to make official decisions in next few days. I didn't submit GRE to save some $$$.

Anyone heard back the final decision from any track of Harvard T Chan PhD in PHS? I was interviewed in Jan

POI informed me that I was accepted (unofficially). Good luck to everyone.

To the poster below (or the poster in the future), which area are you applying for? I still have not received any notification. Waiting for the rejection letter in Feb ....

Extensive research experience, multiple undergrad awards, contacted PI.

Was expecting it after seeing a good number of acceptances that went out already.

not terribly surprised, was definitely on the low end of the typical GPA for Harvard. Not too disappointed though, got in to 3 other top-10 grad schools.
