I'm the person below that had an interview: I didn't know the POI and my field is AI/robotics

I have not received any update on my application since submission on 5th Nov.. I think it was rejected.

TTPB: What's your research area? Did you know the professor before applying?

Physics and Applied Math major. Interviewed by a faculty I mentioned in the application on 10th January.

informal interview with POI first week during the first week of January

TTPB, did you mean formal invites from social psych program or from the whole department?

The PI I've been in contact with notified me that all applicants who they are considering admitting have been contacted.

Preliminary interview invite from POI

POI is NS.

Has anyone heard from the school yet?

In response to the UBC poster below - I had a preliminary interview at the end of December and then received an invitation to the official interview weekend via the PI on Friday. All correspondence so far has been directly through the PI and nothing from the university. I know they were reviewing applications this week so it is possible that your PI is still making decisions. Best of luck to you!!

I received an invite from my POI directly for the recruitment email.

I had an informal interview with a supervisor on Dec 16th. I was wondering for the person who posted that they were invited to a recruitment event in Feb, was the invite sent by your PI or the uni (I didn't get invited to that, so I am wondering if that is a bad sign).

Has anyone heard back from health psychology program?

Were any of Spring 2021 amits able to receive their UNI on time?

Received invite to recruitment weekend in February.
