TTPB: I was informed earlier in the week that I am the current next-in-line for an offer should one of the others decline. I will probably take it if they offer, but I am still waiting on 3 more schools for results.

Recommended for admission to the Graduate Admissions Committee of the Politics Department. Tentative funding info attached but formal letter to come next week. Thrilled.

Has anyone heard back from the MA Political Science at UBC yet? Any idea when they send decisions out?

Definitely disappointing to get rejected from here. 1a/3r/0w/2p

TTPB: I emailed the Department and got a response of "We are still reviewing applications, and you will receive notice within two weeks." Not expecting much at this point, but kinda confused about why they won't send out rejections earlier.

Sent an informal acceptance via email. No updates on portal yet, but expected in a few days. Haven't heard anything about funding, and don't know if I should be expecting any as an international student.

Heard from the graduate chair today. If anyone is considering and has other offers, I urge you to think hard about it. 0a/1r/1w/1p

I am so excited to be accepted!! I had really strong LoRs and extracurriculars which I think help made my application stand out.
