To the poster below: I initially received a generic rejection letter. Several hours later I received a personalized email saying that the rejection had been sent in error and that my application was still under review. Did you receive this email as well?

My credentials: immunology and health sci major @ UofT. MSc EEB @ UofT. Studied antimicrobial resistance evolution and epidemiology. 4.0 grad GPA (only took 1 course, really). 0 publications when I applied for PhD. I did not expect to get in and I applied for the hell of it. Good luck y'all!
