Those who applied to the MS/PhD track program did you get a request to upload a video interview like the MS applicants?

To the person asking about the Columbia video interview , I received an email notification two hours after submitting my application on the last day about the video part. Sucks that there was nothing mentioned about it on the application before submitting it. I was lucky enough to finish the video and submit it as well before the priority deadline lol

TTPB, yes, I did receive a one-way video interview request from Columbia after I submitted the application. The video interview link should be present on the application status page.

Anyone else get a video interview request for Columbia MSCS? I've just been notified by email 36 hours after the 1st priority deadline (Jan. 15th) telling me that I haven't submitted by video interview yet and that my application is not complete nor will be considered for review until I complete this interview. I'm absolutely annoyed cuz there wasn't a video interview section on my application and I worked very hard to submit my application before the 1st priority deadline.

The previous post doesn't even have the right admit season. They wrote it as "Fall 19". The "stocked" posts for UCI and Columbia are fake. Deadline for Columbia was yesterday. They can't give an admit today.

anyone know if all offers were sent out yesterday?? pretty bummed i didnt get offer tbh. When I reached out to potential pi, he liked my resume and everything. I know that doesn't guarantee an offer, but still pretty bummed

Didn't submit GRE scores. Three co-1 pubs.

Applied to organic. 3.99/4.00 GPA. Chemistry major at a liberal arts college. 2.5-ish years of research. Had an REU, but it was postponed to this upcoming summer due to covid. One publication in a different field. 6 presentations (mix of oral and poster).

Notified by email. Surprised to hear back this soon considering I only submitted my application less than a month ago. So excited !!!!
