Has anyone actually received a ACCEPTANCE yet?

FINALLY received the formal notification email from the GSAS. I got the email around 7:45pm EST on 3/5 and it said there is a status update on my application and to click the link. The letter attached to my application confirmed what the dept told me a few weeks ago, waitlisted. Also, the letter asks you to submit a "GSAS Waitlist Reply Form." This was simply clicking the link to the form and indicating if you still want to be considered/on the WL or if you no longer wish to be considered.

Email to check application portal. Offered a wait list position, which I accepted. This isn't my first choice program, but I was expecting a flat rejection so this is pretty exciting.

Call from grad director. Funded offer with details pending. 2a/1w/4r of 9.

To the poster below, no, I have not received any additional emails since being informed that I'm waitlisted. I'll likely reach out to the school if I don't receive that email by the end of this week.

Anyone who got wait listed actually receive the email from GSAS?

GPA is grad. Phone call from the director of graduate studies: fully funded offer, financial details forthcoming.

Received email from DGS beginning with this sentence: "By now you all should have received word that the Graduate Admissions Committee in the English Department has nominated you [...] for admission into our PhD program," followed by info on admitted students visit. Have received no such prior "word," and there's no update in the portal. So... maybe I'm accepted? I've become inured to the confusing practices of the admissions process.

Applied for PhD, no interview, directly admitted to Masters

Received email to check the portal. Knew it was coming since I did not interview, but feel a little sad anyway. Offered admission to their M.S in Clinical Research Methodology. Will not be accepting, as I have an acceptance elsewhere. Good luck to everyone else who applied and are still waiting on news!

Randomly checked the GSAS portal and they had updated the status. They offered to give me admission for their M.S in Clinical Research Methodology. Will likely reject since already have an admit for a PsyD program. Good luck everyone who got in!

Received an email indicating a status update was made to my application. I was offered acceptance into their mental health counseling program.

To both Fordham posters below - The interview dates for the Clinical Psych PhD were January 25th and February 1st. A mass email inviting people to those interview dates was sent on January 14th. If you did not receive an interview invitation then, unfortunately, it is fairly safe to assume you are no longer being considered for the program. I interviewed on February 1st and was notified by the DCT that I am on the waitlist on February 14. The DCT's email said that a formal notification of our status will come from the GSAS within 7-10 business days and that we can reach out to him to discuss any aspects of our recommendation to GSAS, to receive an update on your decision process, or to get more information in general. Today is the 9th business day and I have yet to hear anything from GSAS and there is not a status update on my application. If I don't hear from them soon, I will likely email GSAS.
