Interview day is 2/22

Fast: notified day after application deadline. Invited (didn't attend) to campus visit in late Feb. Offered funding via TA-ship in March Declined offers

Of the 15 programs I applied to, this is the only one that did not notify me of their decision. No letter. No email. No website update. Nothing. I even called department. On the inconsiderate scale, I give BGSU a 10.

I was informed via email that the program is now filled. No spots are left for anyone on the wait list.

Hi! I was wondering whether anyone - who'd applied to Bowling Green State for a place on their PhD program - had heard back yet. I'm still waiting on a decision. I'd emailed the admissions coordinator 10 days ago and she said the department was still filling in spaces - has anybody heard from them as yet? Thanks in advance!

received funding offer Apr. 9, (13K) but declined in favor of another institution.

Does anyone know how long their waitlist typically is?

Letters of admittance have gone out to the students in the first group. (The admitted group)

Will be turning it down since I have admittance from other universities. GL guys!

Emailed the program director for information on the notification timeline and the response informed me of the rejection. Was probably the person who was confused with the poster below . . .

Call from Dr. Coons - I am near the top of the list. So who wants to pass on BGSU???

Major GPA: 3.81; Solicited a response from the director. First, she replies saying I did not get accepted, then she immediately sends another e-mail saying that she confused me with someone else and that I did get accepted, but not with any funding. LOL. Got into Syracuse and Villanova so will be declining this for sure. Good luck everyone.

"We have made our first round of offers to students and are waiting to hear back. We have not eliminated your application as a possibility for an offer, but we cannot make any additional offers at this time. We will know better about how our current offers panned out in the last week of March. At that point, I can give you a better sense of whether an offer will be forthcoming."
