Got Rejected from MSCS, I am int' student from Univ of Mumbai Comp Engg.

No publications. 2.5 years of related work experience. Had an interview with PI, then received the offer after a few days.

No GRE submitted. Admitted to the MCS program

International student with undergrad degree from the US. 2 publications (one outside of CS, one for a data science workshop), 2 years of undergrad AI research, 2.5 years of work experience as a software/machine learning engineer. Received email to check portal and a status updated had been posted.

3 papers, 1.5 relevant experience in industry. 1 LOR from boss who was a Stanford PhD. Other 2 LORs are from research advisors who get their PhDs at Berkeley and Carnegie Mellon. Congrats to those who got in!

2 industry internships, 1 submitted paper, 3 years of TA, 1 year of research experience, was my dream school and I have average profile so rejection is expected. Congrats to all admitted ones!

Knew I wasn't going to get in, but automotive design engineer. Liked the idea of an online program.
