Was moved from the waitlist to acceptance in 2019, but declined. Regretfully so now that I have been declined admission this cycle. Congrats and best of luck to those admitted!

Has anyone gotten off of the waitlist yet for MUSC?

NOT AN INTERVIEW!! To those waiting I received an email today stating acceptances will be going out by the end of week and waitlists will be released early next week.

3.6 GPA, minimal experience in the field, strong letters of rec, below average gre scores but a great personal statement in my opinion. will probably be accepting.

To the poster below concerned about PhD admissions - I applied to the master's program and my portal also still says "In review." I saw a handful of results yesterday on here, so I felt a little concerned as well, but I know quite a few people whose MyStatus still says "In review." I know they're a bit behind with going through applications after that gnarly storm. I also heard they got a ton of applications this cycle. Anyways, fingers crossed that we all find out in the next few days! :)

I'm just glad I finally got a decision after months of checking every day!! Pretty disappointed in their communication.

Hi to the person below that was interested in UT-Austin's PhD program. Did you just check your portal today and saw this? My application still says “in review” and I'm getting extremely nervous. I saw the master's program results went out yesterday and hadn't seen any posts about the PhD. Just concerned because mine still says “in review.”

Didn't get an email, just checked the portal several times a day. Would love to hear from those accepted to the PhD program who your mentor is/what your research area will be. I was hoping to do stuttering research with Dr. Byrd.

NOT AN INTERVIEW. Has anyone heard back from UT Dallas? My galaxy portal just says ‘application complete' and I've been seeing a few lone acceptances on gradcafe. I thought for sure I would hear back by now and might email admissions Wednesday asking when they'll send out decisions.

FINALLY! I have been accepted to all of the other schools I applied to and didn't receive ANY communication from OSU since submitting my application. Not upset about getting rejected at all, as I got into my top school which is a close competitor with OSU. Just extremely annoyed with their lack of communication. I have checked the portal almost every day since the end of January, when I received my first acceptance from another program. Since I hadn't heard anything from OSU, not even an email saying my application was still being considered, I already accepted the offer at my top school and paid the deposit. Best of luck to anyone attending and hopefully the communication improves for you!
