What the hell is wrong with UCSD! Why charge a hefty amount of money when you cannot release the results by the stipulated date? Obviously people will go elsewhere irrespective of the result. Is it like a loyalty test or something that we are supposed to wait for them to admit us!! These are the universities who emailed us that the deadline will not be extended just because it is COVID. TTPB: I am the guy who originally asked if anyone was waiting on a decision. I have total radio silence from ECE since the virtual recruitment event in Feb. Applied to EC78. [Ignore WL] I applied to the EC79 track, mailed the dept 2 weeks ago, got a standard reply stating "we will let you know by 14th April". Not a peep till date. It's frustrating that they mandate submissions by mid Dec, yet take their own time to release admits. | ||||
