unofficial offer via email

had interview with NLP group POI in the last week of Jan, haven't received any updates from then. did anyone have more than 1 interview? my POI mentioned results should be out by end of next week.

To the posters who got informal acceptances: did your POI tell you by when can we accept official mails?

TTPB: I don't think everyone gets the informal call. So hang in there for a few more hours

Anyone accepted to NLP group?

TTPB: Nope, I'm the one with interview with someone other than POIs mentioned in SOP (interviewer formerly with SVL). Not sure what that says about my likelihood of admission :/

Got a phone call from POI today saying I'm accepted.

TTPB: Did you interview with SS from SVL?

TTPB: Nope, waiting anxiously!

TTPB: I had an interview with SVL but didn't get any notification yet. Did you get an email or call?

Congrats! Anyone admitted to HCI yet? Do all acceptances get an unofficial PI email or call?

Congratulations to the below posts. Guys plz make sure to mention the word "Unofficial", so that it doesn't scare us. As we are all eagerly waiting for the "Official" mails.

Got rejected several times by now, but accepted by my top choice. Cannot believe my eyes at this point! Have faith people. Unofficial email from POIs around 2 pm PST 3

Area: ML Unofficially accepted, said that results have been finalized and official offers coming soon.

Received the news via Zoom (of course) with my POI, official results should be out today! Good luck, everyone!
