Email from professor

Anyone hear from Columbia Biostatistics PhD program after the open house? I did not hear any news.

From a prof not listed as my poi.

I'm really excited that I got in! BS in Biology, 2 years of biotech experience

They emailed me to invite me for an interview. They got back to me a couple of days after the interview and told me I'd hear back in a few weeks.

TTPB who applied at the end of Nov and got through, could you share a little about your research background/publications if you don't mind?

Applied at the end of November -- not sure who is my supervisor, got an acceptance letter -- no interview

TTPP: if I've understood what you're asking, I know they've extended and had interviews. However, they haven't made decisions on who they're extending acceptances to.

TTPB, Can you share your profile and the professor under whom you got accepted and when did you apply. Was there an interview?

Email from POI to schedule interview

Has anyone heard from the sociology department at University of British Columbia?

Notified by POI last week, the conditional official letter came in today, need to find own funding. Funding is just hard this year.

Very confused with the process going on with school psychology PhD program. Was reached out today informing that decisions have not yet been made, even though I have seen that interview offers have already been extended?

International student -- accepted with funding

TTPB Not sure. Very surprised that I got an answer given the Jan 31 deadline, esp compared to when people seemed to be getting offers last year. Might decline even if i dont get other offers before the 2 weeks is up
