Monday I receive a notice of nominate of admission. The application needs to be reviewed by graduate division (nomination is from the department). From the tone of the notification it sounds like positive (use the term "Congratulation")

I still haven't received a formal rejection notification from the university, but I emailed my POI who let me know. I interviewed for the program and there were only about 15 people in attendance that day. POI said, however, that positions available were "extraordinarily tight" this year. Super disappointed.

Notified via website posting

Undergrad performance from 15 years ago was pretty underwhelming, which may or may not have been the death of my application.

With $34 000 of funding. They emailed notifying acceptance and then indicated how to find details on the portal.

I was notified that I have been moved on to the interview portion of the process, and my interview is scheduled for this Thursday. Do not know the turn around time for when results would be announced after the interview.
