Called to get update on waitlist status. All poets have been accepted.

Application status changed last night. Got the email this morning. Acceptance Letter coming in the mail with more information.

Expected this. Was hiding in my Spam folder, as well. Oh well. 3a/0w/8r/1p (but probably another rejection lol)

Are any accepted fiction writers considering offers elsewhere? I'm number 2 on ASU's waitlist.

Not surprised. Glad to finally know and be able to commit to a program. 1a/2r/0p

Still waiting on a notification about funding... Anybody else in the same boat? Does anyone know whether they tell you if you don't get it, or if there's just an empty silence? D:

On the admissions page it says acceptances went out by the 25th of March and Waitlists before the 1st of April. So no news is bad news.

Phone call from Julianna! I've also spoken with other faculty and staff at this program and I'm honestly deeply excited? This is the only residential program at this college, and it's not a super well known program, but everyone I've talked with seems kind and generous. Now, waiting to hear back about funding.

Spam. Just waiting for that rejection from Notre Dame. 2a/7r/1p

To the Stonecoast person and responder: Wow, that was a hostile response. I think the applicant is asking for opinions, not necessarily what they can easily find on Stonecoast's website. I'm sure they can use Google if they managed to apply for an MFA program. No need to be snarky. I don't personally know much about the program, but best of luck deciding and hopefully someone else can give you some info here :)

In spam folder. Not surprised but kind of crushed. I’m going to Oregon State, fully funded + diversity bonus! Long way from home, but ready for a change :) 4a/5r/0w/0p

3a/0r/0p I only applied to low res programs in Creative Non-Fiction; accepted and then wait-listed for a partial scholarship (not sure what that means yet)

Knew this was coming. Glad to finally know. 2a/1r/1p

1a/1w/3r.

Form rejection. At least I finally know. 3a/4r/1p

I was accepted off the wait list and am locked in at NWP. This opens up an admission spot at Purdue and a wait list position at Indiana University. I hope this will help somebody going through the wait list nightmare.

Did anyone else get a rejection today? The last response I saw posted from them consisted of rejections earlier in March. Just curious if this means I made it far in the decision process for BC, or if they were just a bit late in getting back to me...
