TTPB, I actually applied a day after the deadline for the consideration for funding. However, I don't think that was the reason the department decided not to consider me for funding. I never had any correspondence with any Professor, and there was no interview as well. If you don't mind, when did you apply? Was there any interview with a Professor of interest?
