To the poster below: I have a very similar background to you, and I also got rejected by UW three times! (Yes, one was for the master's application.) I am really disappointed and tired of giving it another try, wondering why they just don't accept me. I don't think GRE is so important since there are some applicants with lower GRE scores than mine got admitted (No offense). There must be some other factors that we don't know affecting the final decisions. | ||||

Second rejection. Had an MPH degree. 3+ yrs working experience and 5+ yrs research experience. 2 publications, 3 conference abstracts. why did I get rejected? Just because I had a lower GRE verbal score? So disappointed. | ||||
