Didn't get any notification, just looked on my application status and saw there was an update. Kind of disappointed I paid for the application. Didn't give them my GRE scores because it was optional.

On track for a First from a reputable Russell Group university; 3 strong LOR and a decently relevant publication. Expected a rejection though so at least there's no real surprise. Best of luck to other applicants!

2.i in Prelims from Oxford. Offer for a 2.i. Email at 9:51 this morning. No word on college or funding.

So has ANY of the POLIS PhDs heard about funding apart from the AHRC funded candidate? Is it possible for no one from a department to get any Trust funding?

DPIR: should we expect anything tonight given that it’s after 5pm? Or should we just chill and wait until Monday?

Something is not right with the DPIR. There are some results from the Master's applicants, but no news yet of anything from DPhils applicants. Come on, Oxford, the 8-10 weeks is now up, put us out of our misery and give us an answer one way or the other.

Any DPhil in Politics applicant received any updates? This whole week passed with anxiety. Almost gave up on this option... But you know I would want to see the outcome no matter how bad it gets.

Congratulations those who were admitted to Oxford's Department of Politics today! If only they would email all applicants on the same day... Did they tell you when you'll hear about college placement?

RE poster below: No supervisor yet! Only allocated a college spot, that's it for now. I haven't heard from the department at all, and it seems that few have. I think they're just really behind with everything because of the strike.
