8a/3r, Gre Q-162 v-159, surprised but already decided on georgetown

I had been waiting for quite a while on Fordham's decision. It's an interesting program in a great city. Unfortunately, I was not offered funding, so I will most likely not accept. Congrats to those that were accepted, good luck in your search for those who weren't.

Well this sucks

Merit scholarship + graduate assistantship. Really generous funding, i'm shook.

Oops, it was actually a Coverdell Fellowship that I was awarded (previously posted result). Still happy but thought it was Arrupe :P

Waited an unusually long time for Fordham's response. Syracuse University and St. John's University got back to me with acceptance emails about 2 months after my submission.

I was waitlisted here and will be attending U Chicago, so I have declined the waitlist offer. I hope this helps someone. (The admissions process is so weird and fit matters above all else. I have been rejected by all the top 50 schools I applied to, and accepted into all the top 10 schools I applied to. Fit matters, GRE doesn’t.)

Awarded Arrupe Fellowship- PC and other international experience, good LORs, grad degree, and french language proficiency probably helped. Now deciding between University of Chicago (tuition scholarship) or Fordham.

I was waitlisted and then offered admission today. I will be accepting this offer!

To the Fordham poster below: congratulations on your acceptance!! Would you mind sharing the initials of your POI?

Was accepted off the waitlist!

So sad...

Previously rejected from the PhD program, but was surprised to get an email today recommending I forward my application to their Master program. Exciting! Will definitely do that now!! 1a/0w/11r/5p
