Email from POI. This is my top choice, which is really really sad... My POI is a super kind AP. We are both doing early modern Japanese literature(1603-1868) and talked a lot via email, but still got rejected. The professor said they got nearly 160 applications this year while only 13 spots are available. Anyway, best wishes to the admitted ones. | ||||
